Toy Dogs

A Toy dog is a type of a very small dog. Ruling class usually owns them. Although, they are smaller but the smallest breed of dog is named as Chihuahua. They include Affenpinscher, Chinese Crested, Pekingese, Pug, Silky Terrier, Papillion etc.

They are mainly miniature versions of hunting or working dogs and tend to be adorable, affectionate pets that are ideal for the elderly or apartment dwellers. These dogs need attention and exercise and will benefit tremendously from training to prevent them from constant barking and nipping.

“Toy dogs” have become quite popular in the recent years. One of the main reasons of this type of dog having gained so much popularity is the rise in ownership from famous celebrities. In just speaking of the wonderful Pomeranian, the list of famous Pom owners is quite impressive. They are looked upon as role models for quite a large population of teenagers and adults alike. It is for that reason that one must take a realistic approach to owning a Pomeranian as opposed to only referencing what is shown to us through the media.
